      1. Flexibility for most parts to work when you want, on your own accord. 2. A flat organizational structure 3. True to it's open door policy 4. Loads of opportunities to learn and grow.

      Inconvénients

      1. 100% Remote, so you don't get to meet your colleagues in person.

      Avantages

      The flexibility of a remote setting has not only allowed me to achieve a harmonious work-life balance but has also fueled my passion for self-directed initiatives.

      Inconvénients

      Communications sometimes is poor between departments. Career Opportunities not great as expected.

      Avantages

      Management style is very straightforward and hands off for the most part. Depending on your role, hours can be long and underpaid. Joe Cohen is a character but friendly overall.

      Inconvénients

      Propensity to direct blame if things go wrong.
