Avantages
The people are great to work with and the office environment is positive and supportive. There’s a strong sense of culture and camaraderie—making it one of the nicest teams I’ve worked in.
Inconvénients
Salary and pensions are below industry standards. Leadership direction and messaging can be inconsistent—which makes prioritisation difficult. Product delivery continues to be poor and is starting to impact customer confidence. Some teams that operate almost entirely remotely are under-delivering and not communicative, which adds pressure elsewhere in the organisation.
