Avantages
- Lots of encouragement to professionally grow - Amazing people that are willing to support you when needed; everyone is very approachable and the overall vibe is positive - You get a lot of freedom, including the space to really own your own ideas

There are always a lot of things happening, which can result in rushing to get it done instead of making sure we do it well and follow up if it was worth it or not.
