      Go-getter attitudes, believe in achieving impossible goals

      Inconvénients

      No real life work experience from senior leaders. They run the company like teenagers en look to others to join the "young club." They don not see the failures en are not open for feedback. Environment is toxic unless you are friends with the senior leaders.
