- Culture is being taken over by the quantity of new colleague's that overgrew the core employee's - Feedback regarding management or other colleague's is a no go, management won't listen to your concerns or wave them away by giving false promises. - Power of popularity, same as in school, someone dislikes you? be ready to be fired... Witnessed this multiple times, even though they will tell you it's because of the fit in the team or regarding the productivity... - Salary raise? Better start giving the company 140% of your time and effort and expect a return of 0.5%...
