Avantages
Pay is good, quarterly commissions and snacks in the office. There’s a gym downstairs which is small but well equipped.
Inconvénients
There can be some micromanagement stress about amount of calls, not toxic but can be stressful sometimes. Too much importance on partying and drinking, not the healthiest.
