If you're on the engineering side, it's a good place as a stepping stone because they'll give you lots of responsibility and opportunity to learn.
Inconvénients
The work environment can be very stressful and management is a mess. They aren't concerned with treating employees well or making them feel good to work there. Engineers are expendable and they'll work you as hard as they can until you leave.
