      Avantages

      Worked here pre-2010. The technology was always terrific, but it just never found the right niche to be sustainable. IN the early days there was a real sense of ownership from the top right on down. Obviously it diminished over time, but early managers were interested in growing the company, but also helping employees grow.

      Inconvénients

      Always a cash crunch and because of the investments needed to grow, always beholden to investors.

      they have a huge opportunity to be a major player in the Dental CAD / CAM space

      Inconvénients

      problems managing growth, attempting to do too much too fast, not putting resources in the right place.

      Avantages

      Fast paced environment. Innovative programmers. Great core technology.

      Inconvénients

      The company is run by the investors. Senior management, despite any degrees they may hold, do not even know their own product or industry they service. Layoff after layoff the same people who are responsible for the failure of the company are still there.
