Avantages
Flexibility, expansive training, support from most managers, lovely individuals to support.
Inconvénients
Pay not in line with other challenging roles at other companies. ELearning system is difficult to navigate and very frustrating, people who are not computer literate have a hard time doing the training. Some roles not available for part time hours.
