Thrown in the deep end, not enough support. Older staff talk to you like you’re an imbecile. Some staff members get special treatment/privileges. No breaks No time to eat your lunch.. if a smoker you need to beg management for a “smoking pass” if help is needed to do personal care you need to run around looking for someone to help you..not everyone can or wants to
