      The products are solid and help people

      Inconvénients

      Toxic leadership culture, private owner that runs things like a dictator, leaders under him just watch out for themselves and don’t provide real leadership of the people under them.

      Mission-driven, authentic, "Best Idea Wins" culture, driven by results, and always chasing improvement.

      Inconvénients

      There can be a lot to do, with high expectations, and a focus on employee-driven initiative. Those who aren't hard workers, and don't show improvement, won't succeed.
