      Avantages

      Flexibility. Great work culture. They care about you and want you to be the best sales rep you can be. Everyone you work with are cool. To be successful in this role you have to work really hard.

      Inconvénients

      Some of the people you have to call are idiots. You get hung up on and some people can be rude. A lot of cold calling. Growth is slow for people who have never had a sales position.

      Great enviroment with solid, encouraging team leads. Incredible avenue to develope communication skills.

      Inconvénients

      Some people would suggest getting yelled at over the phone is a con. Others would say it helps personal development.
