      Avantages

      Competitive benefits and nice business hours.

      Inconvénients

      The company preaches safety, but provides old equipment to perform the tasks needed to do the job. I was severely under compensated and overlooked with regard to what the company was asking me to do. This is hands down the most greedy company I’ve ever worked for. The people at the top are all protecting their own and don’t care about the employee. All of the negative comments I’ve read on Glassdoor for both Service Partners and TopBuild seem to be accurate. TopBuild is the 800 pound gorilla in the corner and uses its might to bully vendors and mistreat its staff.

      Avantages

      Some customers are cool but most prefer to not work with service partners

      Inconvénients

      Super corporate. They promise weeks of training but they don't train you in anything you need to know. You compete with other top build companies internally and not allowed to sell against them (ADO, Silverman, DI). You can't control your customers getting good service because of the corporate blocks. No sense of urgency. Emails, texts and calls go unanswered by almost everyone. Branches always run out of material needed for sales. Gutters are impossible to get yet. Everyone is micro managed
