Some customers are cool but most prefer to not work with service partners
Inconvénients
Super corporate. They promise weeks of training but they don't train you in anything you need to know. You compete with other top build companies internally and not allowed to sell against them (ADO, Silverman, DI).
You can't control your customers getting good service because of the corporate blocks.
No sense of urgency. Emails, texts and calls go unanswered by almost everyone.
Branches always run out of material needed for sales. Gutters are impossible to get yet.
Everyone is micro managed
