      Avantages

      Interview is easy, you can easily get into it

      Inconvénients

      Work time is 9.30-6.15 but we have to support clients even after that. May be upto 9pm Very unsupportive higher managers You have to sign legal bonds of 1.5 years even if you are in support role, which is a bad company culture The lowest salary ( I have worked in total 4 companies, I'm writing this after comparing experiences from all 4)

      Avantages

      Friendly atmosphere Good platform to learn for beginners. Leave policy is fine.

      Inconvénients

      2 years of bond period for freshers . Heavy work with low salary. Poor HR. Very unsupportive higher managers Poor infrastructure. not equal pay for equal work Hard to get recognized for your performance. Doing the same thing everytime . Not good for long term career. Less DA and TA are provided and not in time. Doesn't care much about clients. No bonus.
