It’s a normal occurrence to hear the owner and his “supporters” speaking inappropriately about females. The owner hires people who also believe in this, believe in lying to get what you want, and will threaten you if you don’t support him. Verbal abuse is no stranger to that company. This is also some of the lowest paying jobs in multiple fields. Don’t get me started on getting your commission, that’ll take a few months on its own.
