Sev1 looks at acquiring companies to expand its portfolio but don’t believe you’ll be valued as an employee. Sev1 takes care of the OG Sev1 employees. Lots of nepotism and favoritism amongst the ranks. Despite two acquisitions no lessons learned. The OG’s push back on your expertise however there’s a reason why they are busy acquiring other companies. Reorganization? No problem but don’t expect to be leading a team if you’re a part of the organization acquired. Expect to be put on the back burner. Oh you lost a contract? How do you expect to win if you don’t have the background and refused to let those with the background provide their input? So many leaders are clueless of what’s really happening within the organization.
