      Company's recruitment process is a horse show, management lies about progression, keeps you in the dark, has no regard for its customers, overall not a place I'd want to be working for long term

      Work-life balance is consistently challenging due to demanding workloads and after-hours operational responsibilities. The recent layoffs also created uncertainty and impacted morale across teams.
