      Avantages

      The team is super talented and diverse. The projects are fun, the work is rewarding, and the opportunities for learning are endless. The senior management does a great job at listening to the team and opening opportunities to work across different areas of the business.

      Inconvénients

      It's a fast-paced environment, and you're empowered and encouraged to run free with very little micro-management, which can be stressful at first but overall a positive!

      - Lovely people, with great teams - Some exciting projects to work on.

      Inconvénients

      - Team structures change every 3 months The founder breeds a negative culture around the agency, which dampens the mood around the office. Colleagues end up walking around on eggshells as a result. Certain colleagues with bad behaviours are not reprimanded despite the whole agency seeing the problem, but never addressing it in a meaningful manner, adding to toxic culture.
