      Avantages

      - Strong pupose in terms of self-awareness, learning & development, etc. - is not only lived for clients, but also in the company itself - I have rarely experienced such self-reflective and development-oriented colleagues - Great product, combing 1:1 coaching with digital learning and HR dashboard, top coach pool - Authentically lived feedback culture - ... many more :-)

      Inconvénients

      - Sometimes reactively driven instead of pursuing issues in a consistent and structured way

      Thanks a ton for your time taken to provide the feedback on your positive experience working with us. Also much appreciated for the constructive pointer, whilst consistency and and structured resolving isn't there yet on the level we'd ideally be, it is definitely a point that we would like to improve as well proactively.

Great place for ambitious professionals who want to make an impact.

      Inconvénients

      You need to like the in office culture and be open to travel to clients.

      Avantages

      Great vision, great product, extremely supportive team. While the leadership team holds all decision making rights, there are definitely opportunities to influence them, as long as you speak up. The CEO has an office hour where he's open to talk about anything.

      Inconvénients

      We're wriggling our way out of the home office days into more in-person presence.
