Avantages
-Friendly Coworkers
-Understanding Managers (my manager is what had me glued to my job and made me never want to leave)
-Company understands what tools their employees needs to get the job done
-All around great job when being given a reasonable amount of work per day and not being laid off.
Inconvénients
Asks employees to fund their own appreciation parties - isn’t that a bit strange?
I understand layoffs, but layoffs on what was already a very lean company/team seems like a poor decision and will drive the rest of the team to exhaustion.
My workload before I was laid off wasn’t something a person couldn’t get done in 8-10 hours a day, so I question how work was being divided up between team members.
There seemed to be some miscommunication between departments since I was begging for help with my workload with one particular customer and never got that help since the departments weren’t communicating and kept shutting me down.
