Chaotic for now - Avis employé Employé (anonyme) Shell

Since the time I joined, the organization has been going through multiple reorgs, many of which are difficult to understand. Most employees, including myself, feel unclear about the direction and uncertain about our roles. This uncertainty is creating anxiety around job security. It would help if leadership could provide more transparency and communication around the purpose of these changes, and how they impact employees, so that we feel safer and more engaged.
