      Avantages

      Great company, great training program. They are invested in your development and have good benefits.

      Inconvénients

      Worked at a JV site - management there was not great. At my site the culture wasn't great, and it was not enjoyable to work there. Anytime I worked with employees or teams from outside that site, it was great.
