      Very talented people, the best leadership I have experienced, you are expected to continuously improve and are given support to do this, very good perks and are rewarded very well when successful

      Inconvénients

      Decision making isn't always that quick, and with a company the size of Shell communication is always a challenge and this could be improved, the HR in downstream is not as helpful as you would expect
