You might be asked to leave if you do not become part of the politics/lobby. It is the last company on our planet for Technical employees. They are far from reality when it comes to technology. Do not go by the x digit figure you see on paper. Bonus is big chunk of CTC, in-hand is less. You won't get bonus if you leave the company before yearly cycle. "Stay away from most plagued area in Shell, Downstream Retail." And specifically FPS Team - Fuels Pricing Team. HR's are typical service mentality people listens to managers. No brain, no questioning ability. Most importantly, If you want to destroy your career please join Shell. You are good decision makers, please see rest of the reviews and then decide your career. Few colleagues are typical characters, without knowledge of anything, Strictly ZERO knowledge of anything. Wasted my career here.
