      Avantages

      Good salary for senior ranks, timely relief, crew welfare and safety are meaningful terms and are seriously looked into.

      Inconvénients

      Junior officer salaries are not very competitive, paperwork sometimes takes precedence over actual job to be done, spares are hard to come by.
