Avantages
Very good salary and development as i joined under the graduate scheme. Not only the graduate, I can see that the pay for normal staffs are pretty high too. Shell emphasize on staffs development so most of the staffs are very professional. I also appreciate that Shell willing to invest in staffs development.
Inconvénients
It is very hard for contractor to be converted to staff so sometimes it result in low morale for the contractors.
