1) flexible working hours 2) depending on manager of course but mostly no pressure in a normalized regime of work (not considering handovers, additional projects etc) > id that is what you are looking for 3) legalistic support for foreigners (work permit, temporary residence card etc) 4) standard medical insurance, multisport card
Inconvénients
1) you`re asking for salary only at the staring point - then even after promotion only % change that always will be lower (about 80%) than offer to external candidate 2) a lot of corpo language - almost no direct and honest talks - a lot of feedback on feedbacks, not admitting real issues etc 3) main aim - to take out of you the best you know but not developing your skills (not `up or out` approach but sitting and doing something for years if you`re ok with that), consequently see point 1 - you`re asking money only for your best at admission point 4) everything depends on your manager and his/her personality/features of character. if your manager not fine with your development prospects - almost no chance you will grow but covered with `corpo language` facade (see p. 2)
