      Avantages

      Shell has great pay and benefits and in general co-workers are really good people to work with.

      Inconvénients

      The size of the company makes it difficult to get things and have decisions get made. The HR function goes through a reorg about every two years and they do not do a good job of change management.

      Shell is a wonderful company to work for. They truly support your continued development and many employees have been here for 20+ years. The work culture is one that provides a feeling of true psychological safety.
