Perspective commerciale
Avantages
Worked at Bacton gas terminal for 10 years plus. There have been lots of ups and downs in the energy sector but my job has never been at threat. Some very nice people here. Pay rates are very good for east anglia.
Inconvénients
Certain employees on the same pay as me, are less qualified. I think safety at Bacton is poor. Seems great to the untrained eye, but scratch the surface and its appalling. Contractors working on site get away with, so, so much, they don’t get challenged. If you do challenge them you’re not supported by management. Something’s very wrong, shame because you just can’t respect senior management for letting it go.
