      Can't get a promotion for 4 years minimum Yearly raises are very very low Unrealistic Goals Poor Management Internal Politics is a thing here Hire more skilled people inhouse than calling over contractors from consulting comanies Poor Training Office is crammed and Three days is Mandatory Lack of Office Space, there is always a struggle to book office space
