Avantages
I would like to share the following things I experienced as pros about ShellSquare. The list contains only the main things still more are there if I write down all 1. Challenging and promising job. As per my experience I learned something new form every task I do. Most of the projects handling here are for comparatively big customers which most of the companies with same state will not dare to take the responsibility. The projects I worked till now are very challenging and I found it very helpful in developing my self as a developer and my career to a good extend. 2. Friendly approach from management and the authority. I never felt like I am working in a place where I am an employee and someone is there above you to give you commands only. Of course there are certain rules and regulations as usual but it is being implemented in a friendly way and the management always welcome us to share our opinion without any hesitation. 3. Friendly approach from colleagues. I found not only good teammates but good friends also irrespective of their position, age, department etc. I feel like this is my family. We work together, also we celebrate together. 4. Company takes care of the employees in needs. It can be the case of leaves or it can be the case of medical urgencies or any issues created by calamities. For example, in the time of flood and corona spreading, company took a stand to help the affected employees or all the employees financially and provided a feeling of togetherness by standing for and with employees. 5. Appreciations, rewards and considerations from the authority. Company always appreciates the good work or performance by employees by expressing it verbally or with mails, above all providing rewards in the form of bonuses other than salaries or hikes if I say frankly. Also there is an annual hike program in which the people who perform well gets hikes which is good as per my experience. Even though the performance of an employee is not up to the expectation company checks the cause for it and provides help to improve them as much as possible. 6. Onsite opportunities. Company is willing to provide onsite opportunities to employees if they are qualified and they are ready for it. In my personal experience company took all the tensions for my onsite programs so that I just need to go and do my job then return back after completing it. 7. Selection of candidates. Company always gives preference to the candidates suggested by the existing employees but recruitment will be based on the normal filtering procedure only. 8. Celebrations and enjoyment. Company always promotes the celebrations and we celebrates together here, it can be sports events or main festivals for which company sponsors everything it needs. For the events which are comparatively less celebrated, company provides holidays or provides leaves to the employees.
Inconvénients
Like every organizations there are small downsides also I observed which are the following 1. Like I mentioned in the pros, the competition is with comparatively bigger giants. So the deadlines may be a little bit shorter some times. But this I am considering as part of improving myself to handle my time management skill. 2. Sometimes some sudden decisions taken from management or authorities caused for a sudden change for some of the employees. It was obvious that the changes are inevitable and authorities provided clarifications and provided compensations and sufficient time to the employees but may not be acceptable for all the people I think. But this is common now even for MNC which all of us know.
