      Avantages

      WFH. Wellness benefits. Exposure to cloud tech Reimbursement for certifications and continued education. Some team leads genuinely strive to support their teams.

      Inconvénients

      Compensation does not align with the required expertise and stress levels necessary to succeed in the role. Insufficient structured training for newly introduced support lines. Non existent support from next level support engineers, Frontline personnel are increasingly burdened by exploitative company practices. You are just a number.
