      Avantages

      Complete remote work. There is no Office in India.

      Inconvénients

      Often times one would feel left alone as the team is spread across the globe and every alternate week, the head office ping photos of feast and drinks party happening there and no such events or gatherings are conducted for the remote working teams. Layoffs are common here.
