      Nice supervisors, flexible schedule, adequate training (may vary depending on trainer), supervisors understanding of new hires, grace period for being on time

      Inconvénients

      Sometimes not enough tools, some bikes need lots of repairs and can slow down productivity if working on the older styles

      Avantages

      Plenty of hours and leadership that stays engaged with the team, which really helps morale. There’s a real effort to make this a great place to work, and our senior manager stays grounded and supportive, especially when it comes to the supervisor team.

      Inconvénients

      No a/c during the summer is brutal.
