      Avantages

      The reason behind working there was the owner of the shop. It's been glad that I have worked there for his father and mother. I'm an employee but he takes care of me as a brother. He takes care of each employee's family like their own family. He takes their hospital and other emergency expenses. He does annadhanam for elserly people

      Inconvénients

      We can't get so many leaves (work is more important in his point of view )
