Avantages
One can learn new technologies often. The office environment will make you feel like home. You'll always get help from the peers when you need.(no matter how much of a work load they have) The location of the office is the best among all. You can improve your knowledge and skills for sure.
Inconvénients
They'll push you very hard to get or make you to complete what they want you to. Always expect the unexpected. They'll always have something new for you to learn and do.(If you are up for learning new things in a short span of time then it is a pro) You should always be positive about working Over Time. Implementing new ideas of yours will not be happening often.(they'll listen to your ideas, but in the end they'll make you do what they actually want you to do) They'll expect a lot from you in such a way that you have to handle a loads of responsibilities which is beyond your limit.
