      Avantages

      I felt valued as an employee, but I was capable of so much more than what I was doing there. Good benefits, good work/life balance.

      Inconvénients

      I was laid off due to cutbacks in the program. I would have been capable and willing to shift into a different role easily because they only used about 25% of my skills. But they didn't give me that opportunity.

      Avantages

      Good legacy product line Diverse and balanced work force. (No one single dominant ethnic group with their own language wall. English is spoken here!) Good IT support Bagel Friday Friendly knowledgeable people

      Inconvénients

      The efforts to move into networking products have been faltering. The CEO is a good man but the rest of the company doesn't seem to follow very well. Once directors and VPs are established they either intentionally or unintentionally exert force that does not help the overall unity or advancement of the company. This is seen many times in many companies. While there might have been visions, bad economy diminished the chances of them being realized.
