Recovery period with opportunities, and transparency about the issues when applying for a job.
Inconvénients
Work-life balance is ignored, overtime is not necessarily compensated even when such is included in the employment contract. The recent high turnover led to employees with great knowledge and skills leaving without passing these on. The preference of redundancies over furlough schemes during the endemic meant general distrust of current management.
