      Avantages

      Almost Zero If you get into analog/digital teams then you might get good work. And if you are algorithm team u might or might not get good work. Interesting problems to solve but it comes with a catch.

      Inconvénients

      Very bad work life balance. They disturb you on weekends even though there is no actual work to do. This mainly happens in software team. It spoils your mental peace. They call you suddenly at any time in the weekend and call you to office. Motivated people also lose interest to work. It's not pressure that I'm talking about, it's about randomly giving you some work on weekends.

      Avantages

      Steep learning curve. The senior employees are extremely talented, yet friendly and supportive. There is a lot of work and learning at the same time.

      Inconvénients

      Location might be the only negative part. I cannot think of anything else.

      Avantages

      Will be always around smart people. Highly motivated teams. Since it's a small company, there are plenty of opportunities to work in different fields.

      Inconvénients

      Pay is less. Might have to work over the weekends.
