Plays favorites, quality team is inconsistent with chart checks, weekly meeting that you do not get points for, increase in productivity goal frequently, no room for advancement

Signallamp is fast-growing and innovative. No one is doing this type of personalized nurse care management with remote nurses. From a handful to 200 nurses, and counting. Without question, we could not have gotten to this point without hiring capable and motivated nurses, and then elevating from within. A few examples. An RN has taken on the role of project manager for our software development. Why? How else could we create technology that works for nurses without nurse input. An RN is training 10 nurses a week remotely, going from classroom to Zoom, from clinical work to training. An LPN is managing a team of 30+ RNs and LPNs at a leading health system. Her proven capability makes her the ideal team leader for both our CCM and RPM programs. Many of our admin positions, from HR to IT to Enrollment, are now filled by individuals who were hired for one role but were willing to try something new. They found opportunity, support and success. Actually, Signallamp is a great place for expanding your skills and advancing your career.
Remote work
Positive, engaged clinics that appreciate CCM services.
Very rewarding work.
Inconvénients
Constant changes since merger. Very low pay. High patient load. Policies are constantly changing and not communicated to staff. They are looking to downsize and therefore are finding reasons to terminate nurses and hire MAs in replacement.
Inconsistent metrics and management does not treat all employees the same. HR is a joke. A lot of discrimination happens at this job but they avoid punishment by false documentation.
Frequent performance evals are never consistent. Issues are not addressed during eval and management then reports concerns to HR without discussing.
Zero room for growth, management is handpicked based upon who will tolerate and enforce their lies and deceit.
Benefits are awful and costly. We lost numerous benefits, holidays and PTO this year. Overtime requires prior approval but unless you are one of the chosen ones it usually gets denied. If you work over even with management approval, if it wasnt submitted by noon you will be placed on a PIP.
HR is CONSTANTLY giving PIPs for everything.
Equipment is slow, VDI and software are broken more than they work.
Overall an extremely toxic company. It was wonderful prior to the merger and now it has just become an absolute joke of the company.
