      Not much. Benefits are decent

      Inconvénients

      Poor leadership at all levels. Constantly in cost cutting now to the point of just being cheap. No investment in any areas of growth. Cannot hire people we need because they won’t allow you.

      Great Benefits. bag on micro management, usually low. Good departmental teamwork

      Inconvénients

      Silo-strategy, with departments and sectors setup as segregated, causes reactionary decision making rather than smart proactive progression in improvement initiative buy-in. Inter-departmental LEAN thinking can be challenging.
