      Avantages

      Nice work life balance. Freedom to complete the tasks as you like. Very knowledgeable colleagues and employees.

      Inconvénients

      Poorly managed - from the main office but also in each country. Not streamlined. Processes takes extremely long and it is hard to get an answer. Not doing well economically so no possibilities of personal growth or promotions.

      Great Benefits. bag on micro management, usually low. Good departmental teamwork

      Inconvénients

      Silo-strategy, with departments and sectors setup as segregated, causes reactionary decision making rather than smart proactive progression in improvement initiative buy-in. Inter-departmental LEAN thinking can be challenging.
