      Avantages

      What I love the most about Simbase is that it's a People-first culture! The work life balance is great and there is a really good culture where people love to hang out after work for the best VrijMiBo's! Besides that we are still a small company so you do make a real impact if you are doing something well!

      Inconvénients

      We don't have a business sky box (yet??!) at Ajax to bring our clients and colleagues. ;-)

      - You get full ownership of your work — from idea to implementation - Small, sharp team: no layers of politics or endless meetings - Real-world problems (global IoT, connectivity) that actually matter - We value common sense over rules, and working code over talk - Great culture, regular drinks and activities outside work.

      Inconvénients

      - If you are looking for a work from home or remote position, this is not the company for you. - Limited “big company” perks (no in-house baristas or yoga yet 😉).
