      HR Policies not gud .. The company don't take care off employer rights.. all policies are made for company profit not for emplyor happiness..

      i have not notice any thing good

      Inconvénients

      worst behavior of HR management, no having any transport facility to company from any nearest city. Worst canteen i had seen ever. No maintenance hostel building full of bugs Keep certificates with them. canceling of all leave after resigning. 3 months notice period of charging full salary for not serving notice period
