      Some nice colleagues united in solidarity.

      Inconvénients

      No vision from management. Make it up as they go along Favouritism Dishonesty from management Unrealistic OTE Toxic cultural. Different rules for different people. Racism and language offensive to disabled community.

      Avantages

      Location, people are lovely to work with.

      Inconvénients

      Pay - need to fight sometimes over 1 or 2 years for this. Sometimes too much work not enough staff, giving unrealistic expectations. If you're not friendly with management it's likely you'll have a hard time.
