      Avantages

      Family Oriented, willing to work with family schedules and emergencies, vacation incentives, bonuses, willing to train.

      Inconvénients

      Not great pay. No room for growth. Will squeeze all the work out of you they can get. Some management disrespectful and rude to employees.

      Avantages

      Very supportive work place. They have reasonable expectations and hold you to them, but are flexible when the times call for it

      Inconvénients

      Some departments are smaller personel wise with larger roles to cover, so depending on what you do, you may need to be sure you are a subject matter expert in that field to be sure you maximize your opportunities.
