Avantages
The job was fairly easy and fun sometimes. The schedule was nice. Worked Monday through Thursday 10 hours shifts. Off Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Made some lifelong friends. Learned some valuable lessons. Warehouse close to home.
Inconvénients
Unprofessionalism to the max! The majority of the supervisors showed favoritism. They often treated their employees unfairly. I personally experienced harassment from an fairly new assistant supervisor in my department along with his acting lead. If you ever had any issue or complaint there was no one you could discuss it with. They make you feel as if you are the victim or you are the problem. Lack of communication. Worked for a contractor at first for over 6 months before becoming permanent making more than I was for the company when I became permanent. HR Supervisors all talked bad about their employees behind their back. This created a very hostile work environment which led me to quit. Witnesses sexual harassment
