Toxic culture - Avis employé Employé (anonyme) Sims Limited

Unfortunately the culture at director and head level leaves much to be desired. I witnessed behaviours and attitudes that do not align with the values of the company and are supported by senior manager. This has a ripple effect on the entire organisation, contributing to a divisive and toxic environment. It has been very difficult working in this organisation in recent years. Concerns are dismissed by HR. This inaction sends a disheartening message to employees who really want to contribute, work towards the company objectives and operate in line with the company values.
