      Avantages

      Good benefits, decent pay, decent co-workers.

      Inconvénients

      Lots of down time, upper management just doesn’t care or understand how the job is actually done, not set up for success when second or third shift doesn’t even have trainers on their shifts.

      Company chosen Holiday Pay Bonuses, Yearly pay increases for quality of life/operator advancements, onsite restaurant and gym.

      Inconvénients

      Slow paced, long shifts, overnight workers don't get onsite restaurant benefits

      Avantages

      Starting hourly pay is good for this geographic area. Benefits are good.

      Inconvénients

      If your in your 60's don't plan on SIMTRA hiring you unless you have some fantastic background in injectable drugs or perhaps a temp agency picks you up. If a Temp Agency does hire you, don't plan on working there too long. I've also seen them keep people with felonies and let veterans go.
